Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are shown when you book and on your confirmation from Hotel Rupal Residency.

Each rate carries its own cancellation window. The line on your confirmation is the one that applies.

Current hotel rate rules:

• Strict — Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• Moderate — Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
• Semi-Flexible — Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Fully Flexible — Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
• Non-Refundable — No refund on cancellation or modification.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer after the hotel releases the amount.

Moving a stay is not the same as a cancellation. Ask the desk before arrival — they will follow the rule on your rate and what rooms are open.
